Registration conditions
After your registration you will receive a seminar confirmation and the invoice for the seminar. Your place is firmly booked for you. The seminar price is to be transferred after receipt of invoice at the least 6 weeks before the beginning of the seminar.

Event guarantee
We guarantee the realization of an event with 3 or more participants. If only 1 or 2 persons register, you will receive an intensive coaching. The coaching take place on one of the seminar days, but in a four-hour intensive session. Scheduling takes place in consulation with the coachee. 

Your advantage: You work out the same contents as in the seminar alone or in a team of two instead of the seminar group, relate your content to your personal situation and thus have a higher benefit in the implementation of what you have learned.

Cancellation conditions
In case of an cancellation of an open training course by the client, cancellation fees will be claimed on the basis of the following periods: In the event of cancellation from the 3oth to the 15th day before the start of the event -50% of the agreed contract stum, in the event of cancellation from the 14th to the 1st day before the start of the event -100% of the agreed contract sum. Of course, you can name a replacement participant. Cancellation deadlines are determined by the receipt of the letter of rescission by Nonnast & Kollegen. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made for services that have not been fully accepted. 

The revocation period begins with the conclusion of the contract, § 355 Paragraph 2 BGB new version and amounts to 14 days.

Deviation in the execution and cancellations by n&k
We reserve the right to move trainings to another location and/or time, to cancel trainings or to appoint another trainer/speaker instead. Should a trainingbe cancelled by Nonnast & Kollegen contrary to expectations or postponed in such a way that you cannot participate in the new seminar date, you will receive back the paid seminar price in full.
