Who we are
Nonnast & Kollegen is your competent partner for personal- and organizational development, with more than 25 years of experience. We have been working as a team since 1990 and our network today includes over 45 well-experienced freelance trainers and consultants, all having diverse educational backgrounds and industrial experience. We are located in Regensburg, Germany. From here we support our customers locally, nationally and globally - on 5 continents, in over 40 countries.
The consulting and training offers from Nonnast & Kollegen are based on in-depth expertise regarding central questions on personal and organizational development. We support our customers in answering key questions related to the topic of “leadership”, which they face today and in the future: How do leaders react and cope with the increasing dynamism, the higher complexity and the growing insecurity in a global world and be successful in the long run? What answers can better leadership give to enable companies to master these challenges?

Our client base includes large multinational companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. Most are globally acting companies, headquartered in Germany, that assign us with the international rollout of their training programs. A key topic here is often international leadership development.
